Each product is accompanied by a Guarantee of conformity, as a protection against faulty goods, offered by Antonopoulos Athanassios - Dossi Dimitra G.P.

Warranty Period

The warranty is provided for the products of Antonopoulos Athanassios - Dossi Dimitra G.P within the terms and conditions herein and covers all defects that appear within the warranty period and are demonstrably due to oversights and/or omissions.

The duration of the warranty is set at a period of 24 months for the PC, Workstation, Server product categories and 12 months for Laptops, Monitors, Spare Parts, Networking, Peripherals, UPS, Printers and POS from the Delivery Date of the products, which is proven from a valid Bill of Sale-Shipment.

Warranty Conditions

When sending the defective product, the RMA form should always be completed, stating the reason for the return.
The product must be accompanied by a Shipping Note.
It should be well packed.
The company, Antonopoulos Athanassios - Dossi Dimitra G.P. is not responsible for any wearing or damage to the product during its transportation.
Shipping costs to and from the company Antonopoulos Athanassios - Dossi Dimitra G.P are borne by the customer.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) products are only accepted if they are shipped within 10 calendar days, and shipping costs are borne by Antonopoulos Athanassios - Dossi Dimitra G.P.
In case of inability to repair, the products are replaced or credited.

 

Warranty Exclusions

if the eligible period since the delivery of the product has ended.
If the damage was caused by a function of the product other than that for which it was designed.
If the damage was caused by incorrect handling or faulty maintenance.
If the damage was caused by the operation of the product under a voltage and frequency different from that indicated on it.
If the damage was caused by the operation of the product when connected to a network other than that of PPC.
If the damage came from changes in the voltage or frequency of the PPC network.
If the damage was caused by a bad or defective condition of the electrical infrastructure of the place where the device was installed or by unfavorable conditions prevailing inside, it or by natural disasters.

Expiration of Warranty

After the Warranty period, the customer is fully responsible for all repair costs.
